Jamie Perrapato is the Executive Director of Turn PA Blue, which she co-founded in January 2017. Jamie is a champion for voting rights and is dedicated to getting progressive candidates elected at every level of government. Prior to Turn PA Blue, Jamie worked as an attorney in the practice areas of commercial litigation and criminal law and now is focused on legal issues surrounding elections. Jamie is a sought-after activist who has spoken at the Women’s March of Philadelphia on “Encouraging Women to Run for Elected Office” and at Netroots Nation on "Navigating Partnerships with the Democratic Party and the New Grassroots." She has addressed progressive groups across the country about the importance of Pennsylvania and is a regular media contributor concerning the PA political landscape. Jamie received her B.A. from the College of New Jersey and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. When she’s not out causing “good trouble”, Jamie is a bookworm who enjoys spending time outside with her annoying dog Pete and watching her three kids play one of their many sports.
Andrea Koplove is the Organizing Director for Turn PA Blue. She connects volunteers and grassroots groups with meaningful opportunities to support candidates through canvassing, phone banking, writing postcards to voters, and donating. Andrea has organized hundreds of events for Turn PA Blue, including canvasses and phone banks, trainings, educational meetings, and community-building game nights. She is passionate about creating a warm, inclusive, supportive, and fun volunteer community, where everyone can find a way to contribute. Prior to Turn PA Blue, Andrea was a public defender. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law.  Andrea enjoys Halloween, karaoke, mystery novels, and talking to voters. Her favorite sixer is Allen Iverson.
Lisa earned her BS in information technology from Drexel University as well as her Finance MBA.  Lisa has owned two small businesses.  November 2016 changed the trajectory of her life’s work. Other than her family, protecting Democracy is her focus, so no better place to land than Turn PA Blue!  Lisa is the co-founder and Vice-Chair of the Bucks County Democratic Women's Leadership Initiative and a proud Emerge PA graduate.  She is the former coordinator of Fair Districts Bucks County, an active member of many grassroots organizations, and the Bucks County Democratic Committee.  She has worked on multiple campaigns, most recently the Back to Blue campaign with the PA Dems.  She embraces her inner nerd, loves technology and spreadsheets, and loves to travel and go to concerts and the theater!

Vanessa is a fundraising and compliance consultant with more than 20 years of experience who joined the team at the start of 2021. In prior cycles, Vanessa worked on numerous races up and down the ticket, across the Commonwealth including numerous Statewide Judicial races, State House and State Senate races, and many other Democratic causes. Prior to consulting, Vanessa served as finance director to Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee, Finance Deputy to Ed Rendell, and two coordinated Presidential campaigns.   With her experience and knowledge of how campaigns are funded and structured, Vanessa joins Turn PA Blue to help us prove even more in-depth support to the grassroots structure that is needed to solidify PA as a blue state.  
 
Michelle has a BA in political science, a BS in nursing, and worked as a pediatric critical care nurse in Philadelphia. She has since adapted her organizational expertise, teaching skills, and IT knowledge, to help grassroots organizations and political campaigns across the country. Michelle is passionate about progressive issues and is excited to be part of the Turn PA Blue team, leading our state to a better future. When she’s not on Zoom engaging with volunteers, Michelle enjoys baking, genealogical research, true crime stories, attending concerts, and traveling with her family.
Colleen was born and raised in Cumberland County, PA where she currently lives with her husband and 3 kids. She earned her BA in political science from Arcadia University and has been organizing at a grassroots level PA’s capital region since 2017. She’s worked on campaigns at every level of government from school boards to state legislature to US Congress. When she isn’t fighting for working families, she’s co-organizing a summer camp for kids with type 1 diabetes! She also enjoys thrift store shopping, Disney theme parks, Star Wars, musical theater, Irish dance, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
